If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can easily exchange it at any of our retail outlets or through our online customer service portal.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Request
Contact our customer support team or visit the nearest Bata retail store within 10 days of delivery with your original invoice.
- 2.Quality Inspection
Ensure the product is in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to pass our mandatory quality check.
- 3.Packaging
Securely pack the items in their original Bata shoe box and include a copy of the digital or physical receipt to prevent processing delays.
- 4.Resolution
Once approved, you will receive an exchange for a different size or style, or a store credit voucher for future online purchases.
